Schengen Visa

Here is a concise list of documents required for a self-employed applicant applying for a Schengen Tourist Visa:

1. Passport: Valid for at least 3 months after return, issued within the last 10 years, with two blank pages.


2. Photograph: One passport-sized photo as per specifications.


3. Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed.


4. Business Documents: Business registration certificate, GST registration (Annex A & B), partnership deed, or proof of proprietorship.


5. Bank Statements: Last 3 months' personal bank account statements.


6. Income Tax Returns (ITR): Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years (ITR-V or Acknowledgement).


7. Travel Insurance: Minimum €30,000 coverage for the entire trip duration.


8. Flight Reservation: Proof of round-trip flight bookings.


9. Accommodation Proof: Hotel bookings or equivalent for the stay.


10. Introduction Letter: Optional if requested by the embassy for self-employed individuals.
